Full Design Package

Luana Hanson Interiors offer a full comprehensive design and management package to all domestic and commercial clients. This is for clients who require assistance with all aspects of interior design from one single room to a whole property. The package comprises of five different flexible stages. They are designed to work in conjunction with each other, however a client has flexibility to complete as many or as few stages as they wish.

Stage One : Site Consultation

• Site visit, discuss requirements and client’s brief
• Establish client’s design preferences and taste
• Discuss budget, timeframe, and objectives
• Take photographs and conduct a room survey

Stage Two: Concept

• Produce a floor plan
• Ideas for the colour scheme
• Ideas for furniture layout
• Present reference pictures and initial design concepts for your approval
• A fixed fee allocated for your approval
• No work will be carried out until you are completely satisfied with the design scheme and cost

Stage Three: Design Intention

• Develop the overall design scheme
• Source furniture, fabrics, floor and wall coverings and accessories
• Produce sample boards with visual ideas of finishes and fabrics
• Draw floor plans in Sketch Up to enable full visualisation
• Draw a 3D model in Sketch Up to enable client to “walk through” the interior space
• Source lighting and produce a lighting plan if required
• Produce brochures for visual reference
• Produce ideas for bespoke furniture if required
• Present the final design proposal for your approval

Stage Four: Expenditure

• Obtain competitive quotes, including all tradesmen (if required) and devise a full comprehensive budget and timeline
• Sign off the design scheme and finalise the total cost

Stage Five: Co-ordinate

• All furniture, fittings and equipment (FF&E) will be ordered either by the client or Luana Hanson Interiors
• Schedule deliveries
• Liaise with existing consultants, supervise relevant trades and co-ordinate suppliers and sub-contractors on site
• Attend regular meetings to ensure deadlines are met and project remains on track

Stage Six: Installation

• As part of our Full Design Package scheme we will take care of delivery and installation of your selected decoration and FF&E.

Cost

Prices for the Full Design Package are tailored to suit each individual property and client. Every property is different in size and complexity and therefore requires a unique quotation.
